Fire Engine Card

Hey there and welcome back,

Today I have this really cool Fire Engine Card, actually it's an American Fire Truck, but I really like it, it's one of those Paper Piecing templates, this one is by Lynn Pratt and you can find them here at stampndesignstore

Seriously how cool is this, I know a few little boys who would be well chuffed to receive a card like this on their birthday....

The card stock I have used is Cherry Cobbler, Basic Grey, Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight,Basic Black and Whisper White. Inks used Basic Grey and Daffodil Delight and Signo White Gel pen for the highlights....

Thanks for stopping by, pop back soon...

Crocodile Birthday Card

Hello and welcome back,

I have such a cute card to share with you today, its a Crocodile Punch Art card and its made using Stampin'Up! Punches....Awesome....

So here is the little guy holding on to his birthday balloon, the background has been stamped with Old Olive Ink using the set Gorgeous Grunge and Teeny Tiny Sentiments.

I added a strip of Old Olive Washi Tape to the bottom edge...

The balloon was hand drawn then cut out and Old Olive sponged around the edge, after I stamped the 5 and Happy Birthday.

The Punches used were the Extra Large Oval, Large Oval, Small Oval, 1/2" Circle, 3/8" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle and the Ornament Punch.

If you would like the instructions to create this Crocodile you will find them here at paperpunchaddiction - zoo-collection.

Well I hope you like today's card, thanks for stopping by.....

A Pride of Lions Punch Art

Hello and welcome back..

Today I have A Pride of Lions to share with you...lol

I have made these many times before but with all the retired punches and dies I thought it time to change it. If you have the old punches then you can still make the old version though...

So here he is....

And this is how to make him....

You will notice that these lions are slightly different, the one on the left uses the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle punch for the lions mane and the one to the right uses the 2 1/4" x 1 3/8" Oval punch for the body. I must say I really like the Flower Fair Die for his mane I think it makes him look a little wild...lol

Here are my original Pride of Lions, unfortunately two of the punches are no longer available. The original colour was Cajun Craze but I didn't have any so I used More Mustard instead, although I think I prefer Cajun Craze....

Here I made a little gift box.....

Well I hope you liked my Pride of Lions, this post was a little rushed as I am off to visit my Bestie for a long weekend and won't be back till Monday...
So Thanks for stopping by....

Punch Art Duck & Chick

Hey there and welcome back,

Today I am going to show you how to make the Duck and Chick I used in my Easter Treats using Stampin'Up! Punches...

This little chap has been made the same way as the one above but instead of using the ornament punch (now retired) I used the large oval punch and I have to say he still looks pretty cute. A great thing about Punch Art is that you can substitute different punches and achieve a slightly different look. I also swapped out the medium BoHo Blossoms flower for the large one for his little tuft on his head cos I liked the look.

This little cutie has been made using the Owl Builder Punch, not only does it make great owls but so so much more.
Check back tomorrow for some really cute Penguins.

Thanks for stopping by....

Easter Boxes

Hellooooo and welcome back for more Easter treats....

These cute little boxes use the Scallop Tag Topper (133324) and a few punches lol....

I love how you can change where and how you place the elements and get a totally different look..

I also added some cute little pom pom tails, totally optional, but I just loved how they looked and I'm sure both children and adults alike would love them too..

They are just the right size for a large MaltEaster Bunny...yummy..

And last but not least a quick Easter Treat using the long cellophane bags (124134) and a little bit of Punch Art.

I used the 1 3/4" Scallop circle (119854) and the 1 3/8" circle punch for the base, if you want to know how to make the chick check back tomorrow for another Punch Art post..

Well I hope you liked my Easter Treats, thanks for stopping by...

Punch Art Bunnies using Stampin'Up Punches.

Hey there welcome back,

Today I am going to show you how I made my Bunnies and Chick Punch Art.
I love doing Punch Art you can create cute little characters by just changing the punches you use. Here are some of the Bunnies I have made...

This bunny has an oval body instead of a circle and his arms are also small ovals tucked in behind. He also has a cute little bunny tail using the same punch as the cheeks, the small flower from the Boho Blossoms punch (119858).

This bunny I made to go on a giant paperclip so it had to have a back as well as a front.

This cute little chap is one of my favourites, however the ornament punch is no longer available from Stampin'Up but you could substitute a circle which would work just as well. If however you have managed to get it then Well done you!
You will find lots of different versions of Punch Art online, especially on Pinterest. But with a little tweaking you can make it you own.

Hope you enjoyed I will be doing another Punch Art post after I have posted my other Easter makes.
Thanks for stopping by, Happy Crafting x

Easter Treats using the Stampin'Up Fry Box Die.

Hey There welcome back to Easter Treats part 2

These treat boxes have been made with Stampin'Ups Fry Box Die (132966)..

These cute little Bunny Boxes are just right for holding a bag of chocolate eggs.

They are so easy to make, the face and ears of the bunny are all made using Stampin'Up punches.

The eyes are 3/4"(119873) and 1/2" (119869)circle punches, the cheeks 1" (119868)circle punch, the nose is the heart from the Itty Bitty punch pack (133787). The ears have been made using the Extra Large (119859) and Large (119855) Oval Punches.

I used the beautiful Venetian Crochet Trim (134581)on the cellophane bags (102757). A little piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine (124262) holds the Happy Easter Tag in place. And Voila cute Easter Treats any child or adult would be happy to receive.

These cute treat boxes have a gorgeous Punchart Bunny on the front of the Fry Box.

Come back tomorrow to find out how to make these cute Punch Art Bunnies.
