Number Of Years Day 1 - Birthday / Anniversary Cards

Hello and welcome back to a New week...

This week is all about the Stamp Set Number of Years and the matching Large Number Framelits.... Today I have two cards to share which are basically the same but one is a Birthday card and the other is an Anniversary card.

The base card is Bermuda Bay with a layer of Blackberry Bliss and then a layer of Whisper White. Across the Whisper White layer I have added tree strips of Bohemian Designer Washi Tape.

I cut out the number 6 using the Large Numbers Framelits Dies out of Bermuda Bay card and used my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to add some sparkle to it. I stuck it on to the card using dimensionals.

I stamped the Happy from the Number Of Years stamp set in Bermuda Bay at the top.

And the Birthday also from the Number Of Years stamp set at the bottom.

I made this card in exactly the same way just changing Birthday to Anniversary.

Love Blossoms - Anniversary

Hello and welcome back....

Day 4 of Love Blossoms, I decided to make a larger than normal card (A5) as I think it deserves to be. It's a 25th Wedding Anniversary card.

I started off with Thick Whisper White card base, to that I added a layer of Silver card (Foil Sheet).Then I added a piece of Whisper White which I had Shaped two of the corners with the Curvy Corner Trio Punch.

Next I cut the Heart and flowers out of Silver card and added it to the card using dimensionals, I added gems to the center of each of the flowers.

Then I cut out the 25 using the Large Numbers Framelits Dies and put them on the card with dimensionals. I cut out the Happy from the Hello You Framelits and stuck it over the 25.

I stamped the TH in Basic Grey on the card and stamped Anniversary on a piece of Whisper White card and cut it out with the banner die from the same numbers set. I went round the banner with a Basic Grey marker and popped it on the card with dimensionals.

Lastly I added some random gems for a bit of extra bling......

Elegant Rose Anniversary Card

Hello and welcome back....

Today's card features the gorgeous Rose Garden Thinlits Dies.

 

Isn't that rose just beautiful, this card is a little time consuming as its like doing a jigsaw, but well worth the effort I think.

 

The sentiment is from the Number of Years stamp set and is stamped in Basic Black. The base card is Thick Whisper White with a layer of Basic Black. The rose is then stuck onto a piece of Whisper White card.

 

The rose is cut out of Black Glimmer Card ( but if you don't have any then you can use Basic Black and use the Wink of Stella Glitter brush on it), I also cut the rose out of Real Red and Watermelon Wonder and the leaves out of Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz.
I then stuck the black outline rose on to the Whisper White and used the inner parts of the Real Red and Watermelon Wonder roses to fill in the black rose. I did the same with the leaves.

 

Lastly I stamped the sentiment.

Shadow Box Anniversary Card and Gift Box

Hello and welcome back....

Today I have another Shadow Box Card to share with you, it's an Anniversary card I made for my Best Friend and her Hubby of 21 Years.

 

This is the box, it measures 16cm x 16cm x 2cm. I used Island Indigo card, 1 piece 7 7/8"  and I piece 7 3/4" square , scored at 3/4" each side.

 

I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to create the tag.

 

Lastly I wrapped some ribbon around and finished with a bow.

 

 

I made the shadow box with a piece of 12" x 12" Whisper White Card, in the center I layered Island Indigo and Pool Party card and a piece of Whisper White card which I punched out a Heart and added a photo of the couple behind it.

 

I wrapped some Island Indigo ribbon around the outside of the box finishing with a bow, then I made a little banner using the stamp from the Number of Years Stamp Set and the flower from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack and some Candy Dots.

 

The Happy Anniversary is also from the Number of Years Stamp Set, stamped in Island Indigo.

 

Inside the card I stamped Happy 21st Anniversary using the stamps from the Number of Years Stamp set, I am loving this one already....

 

Really happy with how this turned out hope the recipients like it as much as I do...
