By The Tide Stationery Set

Hello Peeps and welcome back,

Today I have a Stationery Set made using the By The Tide Stamp Set and it matches Tuesday's post.......

I really love this colour combination, it so makes me think of the beach......the sand and the sparkling sea.....

First we have a notebook made using my Bind It All Machine, I have covered the board with Crumb Cake DSP, then I have stamped it with Crumb Cake and Tempting Turquoise Ink using The By The Tide and Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Sets. the little Sea Horse has been stamped, cut out and then covered with Crystal Effects.

There are two sections in this book and I made little dividers to separate the lined paper from the plain paper and of course had to make a pen to match...lol

Then we have a Match Box made with Tempting Turquoise Card and DSP. The shell on the top has been stamped, cut out and then covered with Crystal Effects.

Inside is an assortment of pretty paper clips. I made a belly band to stop the MatchBox opening and spilling out the contents......

Next we have a Post It Note Holder, which has been made using Crumb Cake Card and Tempting Turquoise DSP.

I have used little Velcro dots to hold the pad closed. I think I am going to swap the yellow Post It pad for a blue one..... Note to self, add to shopping list.

To finish the pad off I cut a piece of Whisper White and stamped it with the By The Tide Stamp Set added some Linen Thread and some pearls....Pretty...

Lastly I've made a little Tic Tac Holder with the scraps of card and DSP I had left....so cute...

Then I popped them in the Hand Bag and they are ready to give to my newest recruit to welcome her to my team The Rosebuds....

By The Tide Hand Bag and Card Set

Hellooo and welcome back,

Today's little project is a gorgeous Hand Bag and matching card set...

So I made the Hand Bag the same way I did with all the other Hand Bags, if you don't know how they are made check out this video HERE

I used Tempting Turquoise and Crumb Cake Card Stock and DSP (Designer Series Paper) to make the Hand Bag, the brads I used are Stampin'Up! but are sadly retired....

To make the Bag Charm, I used the 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch, layered with a 2" Circle in Crumb Cake and a Whisper White Stamped 1 3/4" circle. Then I stamped the little seahorse, cut it out and then added some Crystal Effects.

Here are the matching Cards and Envelopes.....

 I love the New Thick Whisper White Card Stock, it is perfect for single layer cards...

The Stamp Set is By The Tide, I stamped using Crumb Cake and Tempting Turquoise inks...

 I added some Linen Thread and a Designer Button (Brights).....

Finally I added some Basic Pearls and voila all done...

Love how it all turned out...

By The Tide Fathers Day Card

Hey there and welcome back,

I have another Fathers Day Card today, not long now so I hope you have made or are planning to make one soon....lol

I used the fabulous Hardwood stamp for the background, stamped in Soft Suede onto Marina Mist and did a little bit of sponging around the edges.

The Happy Father's Day is from the Crazy For You Stamp Set, this stamp set is great its so versatile, it has 30 different words and phrases that you can put together to make so many cool sentiments.

I used the Burlap Ribbon to make a banner, I frayed the edges and used some of it to attach the little medallion.

I stamped the gorgeous little Seahorse and conch shell and then cut them out and used my bone folder to curl the shell to give it some dimension. I also stamped the coral on the background all are from the By The Tide Stamp Set.

By The Tide Thank You Card

Hey there and welcome back..

I have another By The Tide card to share today, this one is a Thank You Card......

The card stock used today are Crumb Cake, Pacific Point and Whisper White and the inks are Smoky Slate and Pacific Point.

Mmmmm maybe I should add a couple of pearls....

 Love the Linen Thread I get through quite a bit of it...lol

And that little Sea Horse is so adorable....

 The Thank You is from the stamp set An Open Heart, another favourite set...

 And there you have it with matching envelopes...

And here is the sun going down behind our little lighthouse.....

By The Tide Birthday Wishes

Well hello there and welcome back...

It is a glorious day, sun is shining, not too windy, perfect beach weather, which inspired me to make these cards....

I have used the gorgeous By The Tide Stamp Set, it has seven beautiful images, I have used just two on these cards.

The background has been created by colouring an acrylic block using my stampin'write markers and then spritzing it with water, then pressing the block down firmly onto whisper white card stock. This creates a beautiful water colour effect with all the colours merging together.

I used Pacific Point, Tempting Turquoise, Crumb Cake and Daffodil Delight Stampin'Write Markers on a Stampin'Up! acrylic block size E

Some linen thread and some pearls....

The sentiments are from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set..

And a couple of matching envelopes to finish them off..

We are finding lots of these on the beach at the moment, it seems to happen every year, jellyfish of all sizes get washed up, this one was particularly big......

Aprils Card Class

Hellooooo....

Im a bit late posting these, mostly because I kept forgetting to photograph them...lol..
We made some male orientated cards using some gorgeous stampsets from Stampin'Up! The first was the now retired Plane & Simple.

 

We used Night of Navy and Naturals White cardstock, plus Night of Navy Ink. The sentiment is from the Curly Cute Stampset. We also spritzed the card using the Night of Navy stampin' Write marker and the colour spritzer tool. Then finished it off with a jumbo eyelet.
The second card we made used the By the Tide Stampset, gorgeous.....

The crab is actually from By the Seashore Stampset but I wanted something a bit more manly to fill the gaps....

 

 

On this one we used the seahorse which I think looks OK for a mans card...

 

 

The last card was stamped using the Zoo Review Stampset, I love the detail on these stamps...

 

For this card we stamped across three layers then matted them and put dimentionals under to raise them, it looked really good... 

All cards were made with Stampin'Up! Naturals White cardstock and Stampin'Up! inks and accessories.
