New In Colours Day 5 - Birthday Balloons

Hello and welcome back....

Today I have a set of Birthday Cards to share with you, they would be great to give as a gift or to use for Birthdays individually.

I love the way Stampin'Up! products go so well together, here I have teamed the card, ink and ribbon.

Each card has an In Colour card base with a Whisper White mat.

The balloon has been cut out using the Balloon Framelits, I cut two of each colour. The top one I have punched out stars using the Confetti Stars Border Punch, then I added some Wink Of Stella to the bottom balloon and stuck the star balloon on top. I hand drew the string using the matching marker pen.

The Happy Birthday is (yes you guessed it) from the Tin Of Cards stamp set, I placed it on the block so I has a larger gap in between for the string to hang down.

I added some of the matching Ruched Ribbon and stamped some stars from the Perpetual Birthday Stamp Set and then stuck it to the card base.

Balloon Celebration Day 7 - Let Us Celebrate

Hello and welcome back.....

To all the Mums out there HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, I hope you all receive a beautiful Mother's Day Card and get to celebrate with your family...

The last card of the Balloon Celebration week is Let Us Celebrate. The base card here is Real Red and I have layered a piece of Whisper White card which I have put through the Big Shop in the Lucky Stars Embossing Folder. I put a small sliver of Silver Glimmer Paper behind it before sticking it to the Real Red card.

Here you can see the embossed stars and the Silver Glimmer paper which I used for the stars as well. The star punch is from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack.

I punched out the balloon using the Balloon Bouquet Punch and stamped it with the dotty balloon stamp, before adding it to the card with dimensionals I stamped the card with Real Red Ink splodges from the Timeless Textures stamp set.

I stamped the Let Us Celebrate string in Basic Black and then popped the stars on with dimensionals.

Balloon Celebrations Day 6 - Happy Birthday

Hello and welcome back...

I love today's card, it's simple, clean but so pretty and colourful.

My base card is Thick Whisper White with a layer of normal Whisper White on top.

I stamped the Real Red, Crushed Curry and Tempting Turquoise balloons directly onto the card and stamped the Tangerine Tango and Garden Green balloons onto card and cut them out. I stamped the outer balloon in Basic Black first.

I added the orange and green balloons to the card with dimensionals and then stamped the stars in matching colours around the balloons. I used a Basic Black marker to draw the strings and a white Gel Pen to add the highlights to the balloons. Finally I stamped the Happy Birthday from the Number of Years Stamp Set in Basic Black.

Balloon Celebrations Day 5 - Happy Birthday To You

Hello and welcome back to Day 5 of Balloon Celebrations....

Today's card uses the small balloon from the Balloon Celebrations stamp set....

The base card is thick Whisper White card, the next layer is also Whisper White I started by stamping the small balloon in Blushing Bride across the bottom of the card stamping two rows and then I stamped two rows of Watermelon Wonder followed by two rows of Real Red.

It makes a lovely background and would look great in different colours too......

I stamped the sentiment  from the Freebie set Perfect Pairings in Basic Black to finish the card. Just to say there are only four more weeks to take advantage of the Sale-A-Bration Freebies as it finishes on the 31st March 2016, so don't miss out.
