Honeycomb Happiness - Happy Birthday To You

Hello and welcome back....

I think today's card has to be my favourite so far using this Stamp Set, it is just so adorable.

The base card is......yes Thick Whisper White...lol, with some Cherry On Top DSP at the top of the card. 

I stamped the sentiment in Basic Black, I wasn't taken to the Perfect Pairings Stamp set, but having used it quite a bit I'm warming to it considerably.... I used the Heart die from the Bear Hugs Framelits Dies to make the balloons and added some detail using the white gel pen.

I stamped the bird in Crushed Curry on a separate piece of Whisper White card and coloured it in with Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry inks adding some detail with Pumpkin Pie and Basic Black markers. I cut him out and popped him on the card with dimensional. I snipped up his wing so that he could hold the balloon strings.

As I said adorable...lol.

Honeycomb Happiness - Congrats its a Boy.

Hello and welcome back...

Today I have a really adorable Baby card to share with you.

How cute is this....   My base card is Thick Whisper White, with layer of whisper White on top. Then I have put a piece of Cherry On Top DSP on top.

I stamped the bird and the balloon in Basic Black and then coloured them in with Pool Party ink. I added the white detail on the balloon with a white gel pen.

I stamped the sentiment from Perfect Pairings in Pool Party and added It's A Boy using the Alphabet Rotary Stamp. I put the bird and the balloon on with dimensionals.

Love how versatile this stamp set is and we are not finished yet.....

Honeycomb Happiness

Hello and welcome back...

This weeks I am going to be making projects featuring this gorgeous little stamp set called Honeycomb Happiness.

Don't be fooled by it's simplicity it is an awesome set to play with.... and not only that it could be yours FREE with a spend of £45 during Sale-A-Bration......

So on to today's card, what I love about Stampin'Up! is they always put examples of how you could use the products and this card is a case of the one in the brochure, tweaked a little, as you do....

My base card is Bermuda Bay, with a piece of Cherry On Top Designer Series Paper (DSP) and a piece of Whisper White card on top.

I used the Happy Birthday from another Free set called Perfect Pairings, I stamped the Happy Birthday in Real Red and the To You in Basic Black.

I stamped the Bird on a separate piece of Whisper White and coloured it in with Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie markers. I cut him out and attached him to the card with Dimensionals.

I did the same with the balloon, but coloured it with Pool Party ink before attaching it to the card with a dimensional. Lastly I added some tiny hearts that I punched out of Real Red card using the Confetti Hearts Border Punch.
