Foxy Friends Day 3 - Curvy Keepsake Wednesday.

Hey there and welcome back...

This weeks Curvy Keepsake Box is so cute, I love the Fox and Raccoon on these boxes and the matching Designer Series Papers are just gorgeous.

The Fox box is made with Cajun Craze card stock and the Raccoon box is Basic Grey card stock.

I assembled the card stock boxes and then cut extra pieces out of A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper and stuck them to the boxes, so you get two sides plain and two sides with DSP on them.. cute..

 I added some of the thick bakers twine to each box.

I stamped the Fox pieces in Cajun Craze and punched them out with the matching Fox Builder Punch, then stuck them together and popped them on the box with dimensionals.

I did the same with the Raccoon pieces, stamping them in Smoky Slate with Basic Grey for the stripes and face.

Day 3 New In Colours / Curvy Keepsake Wednesday

Hello and welcome back to another Curvy Keepsake Wednesday...

For this weeks box I have used two of my favourite dies, The Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits and the Bloomin Heart Thinlits. Both of which I am happy to say made it into the NEW Catalogue....Yippee..

Don't they look great in the New In Colours, I certainly love them..

I cut out two box pieces in each of the New In Colours, Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, Emerald Envy and Dapper Denim. Them I cut out four Hearts for each box also in the New In Colours. I went over the hearts with my Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush before sticking then to the boxes and trimming around the edges.

Once assembled I added some of the matching Ruched Ribbon, which I hope you will admit is pretty gorgeous.

Curvy Keepsake Wednesday / Day 3 The Wilderness Awaits..

I cut the box parts out of Thick Whisper White card.

 I stamped each of the images on to each side of the box.

I coloured each image using my Aqua Painter and ink pads.

 Then I assembled the boxes.

Curvy Keepsake Wednesday / Pokemon Poke Ball

Hey there and welcome back to another Curvy Keepsake Wednesday...

This week's box is based on the Pokemon Poke Ball, this is the ball that the Pokemon comes out of to fight or to help their owner!! Don't know what I am talking about..just ask a child or just skip this one....lol.  My Son was Pokemon mad so we had all things Pokemon in our house. these would be fantastic for a Pokemon themed party, especially if you were to put a toy Pokemon inside, they would love it.

They are really easy to make, I started by cutting out the pieces for the Curvy Keepsake box first in Real Red then in Whisper White. I cut the tops off the Whisper White pieces and stuck them to the Real Red pieces.

I cut some Basic Black card strips approx 1cm wide and then stuck them where the Red meets the White and trim off any excess.

For the circles I used the 1 3/8" punch, the 1" punch and the 3/8" punch, I stuck them together and then added them to the box.

Finally I assembled the boxes as normal, using a bone folder to carefully curve the sides.
