Beautiful Birds

Helloooo,

Its another gorgeous day here in Burry Port, I hope it keeps fine for the weekend we have friends coming to stay.
Anyhoo on with some crafting.......

I recently brought some more Stampin'Up! Designer Fabric, which comes in fat quarters, you get three complimentary designs in each set.

This was a Christmas Fabric which is no longer available unfortunatly, but its one I need to use up.

This one was one of my favourites as you will see below...

This one is called Comfort Cafe and is still available in the current catalogue. It is really pretty.

I brought a fabric bird Christmas decoration and really liked it so I thought I could make that, so set about making a pattern and this is how they turned, pretty good if I do say so, lol....

I also had cut out the bits to make another fabric basket, so while I had the sewing machine out I put that together....

And my bestest friend has been nagging me to make her a phone case like the one I made myself, so I made that as well... busy, busy, busy.....

If you would like a fabric basket, a phone case or a fabric bird in any of the Stampin'Up! fabrics send me an e-mail they will be £5 plus postage unless you are local and can collect.
Or if I can help with any other Stampin'Up supplies or a current catalogue let me know.
Anyhoo Thanks for stopping by....

Owl Gift Bag

Hellooo

Back again, WOW what a difference a day makes, yesterday cold and wet today sunny and warm, go figure!!!!!

We found a football on the beach, Shep decided it was his.....

 Its a dogs life.......

Thats Burry Port Lighthouse in the distance..

And Shep having a rest, just look at that blue sky.....

Anyhoo back to some craft...

Oh no not Owls again!!!!! I know, I know, but I just can't resist them...and these little gift bags are soooo cute...

The bag is made using the Fancy Favor Bigz Die, it cuts and scores so all you have to do is glue.....

The owls head is the Top Note Die folded in half, his tummy is the large scallop circle with  a chunk taken out each side using the large oval punch, the feet are the chunks punched out, obviously from orange card.

The ears are the bird from the bird builder punch, cute huh...the beak is the small heart punch and the eyes are circle punches......

They are too cute for words lol....Hope you enjoyed.....
Thanks for stopping by.......

Elegant Butterfly and Bitty Butterfly Punches

Helloooo...

I have just got in from walking the dog on the beach which was lovely except it was raining and there was quite a cold wind, so I got back soaked to the skin and looking like a drowned rat. Ho hum all changed now into dry warm clothes with a nice hot cup of tea....mmmmm so I thought I would share these with you....

I am loving these two butterflies they are so pretty.  In one of our local garden centers I saw some butterfly clips and it gave me an idea!!!

I brought some hair clips from a local shop and punched out some Elegant Butterflies from the Madison Avenue DSP and some from the Bitty Butterflies.

They look really cute and can be used as hairclips or just clipped to anything to decorate it. I brought this wooden tree back in December and decided to cover it with butterflies.

I was a bit stuck for space when I took these pictures, hence why the tree is laying down.... I think they are really cute and if you covered them in Crystal Effects it would make them really durable.

Anyhoo thanks for stopping by......

Januarys Card Class

Helloooooo

These are the cards we made in January's card class, I made the folder to keep them in as we didn't have enough time to do three cards and a folder in class. We used the new 2012-2014 In Colours.
This one is Raspberry Ripple, the front uses all of the in colours and the stampset Betsys Blossoms.

I love this little bird its sooo cute........

This is what it looks like on the inside........

Unfortunatly I didn't take a photo of them all, just these two....doh

Here is the first card we made....with a Rich Razzleberry card base, the sentiment is from Stampin'Ups Curly Cute.

This is the second card we made...... with a Crumb Cake base, the ribbon is from Sale-a-bration.

And this is the third card we made......with a Gumball Green card base..

The butterfly is the new Elegant Butterfly punch, which was spritzed to make it sparkle, the sentiment is from the Sassy Salutations stampset.
Well thanks for stopping by I hope you enjoyed looking at them.....
