Hello and welcome back...

For today's card I used the stamp set A Beautiful Ride and teamed it with a (non Stampin'Up!) VW Camper Van stamp, this was a commission for a collegue who was going on Holiday with a friend in her VW Camper Van and it was the friends birthday....

The base card is Tempting Turquoise with a layer of Melon Mambo and a layer of Crushed Curry.

I stamped the sentiment in all three colours, using the markers to ink up the stamp.

I did the same with the Happy Birthday and the balloons...

I stamped the Camper Van on to Very Vanilla card and cut it out. Then I stamped it again on to Pool Party card and cut out just the bottom section which I attached to the first piece.

I coloured the wheels Black and used a metallic silver pen to colour the Wheel Hub Caps and Bumpers.

Dragonfly Dreams

Hi there and welcome back....

Today's card features the beautiful Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set, which includes that gorgeous little Bumblebee from Monday's card.

The base card is Marina Mist, with a layer of Whisper White card on top. This top layer has been embossed using the Softly Falling Embossing folder.

I stamped the dragonfly in Marina Mist ink and then cut it out using the matching Dies, you could fussy cut it, but the die makes it so much easier.

I created a little banner for the sentiment to go on, stamped in Marina Mist on Whisper White card.

I added a Doily which I stamped some splodges on using one of the stamps from Gorgeous Grunge, again in Marina Mist ink and then I added the Dragonfly on top.

New In Colours Day 2

Hello and welcome back.....

Today I have a set of In Colour cards to share with you...

These would make a lovely gift packaged in one of the Glassine Gift Bags, they fit five cards and envelopes perfectly, and because they are opaque you get a little glimpse of what is inside.

And inside are five Birthday Cards in the beautiful NEW In Colours, I used the Stamp Definitely Dahlia for the main image and some Gorgeous Grunge around the edges.

The little bumblebee came from an old retired stamp set, but there is a cute new Bumblebee in the Stamp set Touches of Texture (143251), which I can't wait to get my hands on....lol
