ATC

Hellooo

Well it was ATC time again and I chose the subject... wahoo...Pirates....you just gotta love um.
This is what I came up with.....

I just love these Pirate stamps, to make my ATC I used Basic Black, Basic Grey and Whisper White cardstock, Basic Black Ink and the cute little pearls now available from Stampin'Up!
I had two colourways but went for the whisper white topper in the end, the edges of each layer are distressed and the x is enhanced with Crystal effects to make it stand out.
Hope you like them, thanks for stopping by.....

Workshop

Helloooo

I thought I would share with you the make&take we did at last nights workshop, we had a lot of laughs I hope the ladies enjoyed it as much as I did. Thanks ladies....
Anyhoo I thought we would get a head start on Easter, so we made this milk carton filled with cute little Easter m&ms (they have bunny ears and eggs on)
Aww arn't they cute.....they are lovely pastel colours, the photo isn't very good unfortunatly...

You can't see very well from the photos but we stamped flowers on the card before we assembled the carton and used the large oval punch to create the window. We used the small Stampin Up cello bags and filled them with m&ms to make this Easter treat.
Hope you like them.
Thanks for stopping by.......

February Card Class

Helloooo

These are the cards we made in my card class this month, its a cute little trio using the Forest Friends stamp set.

The card is a cute 9 1/2cm square, the base card is the same for all three cards, Chocolate Chip base, Pretty in Pink and Wild Wasabi layers. The tree is inked using Wild Wasabi and Choc Chip markers and each card has a different Choc Chip ribbon, they are so lush.
Anyhoo hope you like them, thanks for stopping by....

ATC's

Helloooo

It was ATC time again, this time it was Oriental/Chinese New Year and this is what I came up with....
The stamp is not Stampin'Up! as I didn't have anything Oriental, but the cardstock is Basic Black and Real Red. You can't see from the photo but I also spritzed it with Stampin'Up! shimmer paint and it did look really good, but my photo is pretty poor.
Anyhoo hope you like it, back soon with more
Ooooh I just remembered next month or is that this month now!!!! is PIRATES and I do have the set by Stampin'Up! so keep um peeled........

I'm Back!!!!!!

Helloooo  I'm Back!!!!!

Have I been away, well actually no, we are trying to sell our house and it is taking up way too much of my time, not only that but I have had to declutter..... Back when we first put the house on the market the estate agent came round and said I needed to loose some of the clutter, what a cheek. especially when he was looking directly at my craft corner, which was I have to say quite tidy. It would open up the room more. So after much deliberation on my part I gave in and cleared it all out.  So while the weather wasn't too bad it went in the garage, but as the weather got colder I feared for the health of my crafting goodies so brought it back in the house and took over one of the downstairs cupboards.  So for a while I did my crafting on the coffee table, which is not good, but then after taking the house off the market over christmas, I needed a break!! we put it back on the market in January and have had to keep it looking clean and tidy for viewings. Aargggggggg.  My crafting is definately suffering as a result of this. But I am trying...... as my husband would say Very trying!!!!
Anyway thanks for listening to my rantings I will be back with some craft in a mo......
