Santa Hugs Christmas Cards

Hello and welcome back...

I loved the cute tags I made on Tuesday so decided to make some Christmas cards....

So I used a Thick Whisper White card base, then I cut a piece of Whisper White card to mat on top. I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to shape the top and the corner punch to shape the bottom.

Then I brayered Soft sky over the top of the card, I created a mask by stamping the trees from the Happy Scenes stamp set on to some sticky paper and cutting along the ground. I attached this to the bottom of the card before I brayered.

I then stamped the trees where the sky meets the ground which is now the perfect shape, I used the white Gel pen to add some snow to the trees and to the sky. I also drew along the ground and under the trees.

I stamped and cut out the figures and coloured them with a blender pen and ink pads and added some glitter here and there.

They are so adorable, I just love these cute figures.

And there we have it, some super cute Christmas cards...

I have listed everything I used to make these cards below, just click on a product to go to my on-line store...Thank you.

Santa's Noel

Hello and welcome back,

Today I have a cute Santa card to share with you, I had made the Santa head to go on something else but just by chance I put it down on a card and thought it looked really cute so there we are then (as the Welsh say)......

The head is made with a combination of dies and punches, The Wonderful Wreath Framelits, the Moustache Die, the Large Oval Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, 1/4" Circle Punch and the 1/8" Circle Punch.

I sponged around the edge of the face, before sticking it all together....

I used dimensionals to stick the head on to the card and under the moustache to give it some dimension...

I stamped the card base with snowflakes from the Perpetual Birthday Calendar Stamp Set in Whisper White Craft Ink and then added glitter to the middle of each one...
The Noel is also from the Wonderful Wreath Framelits which I cut out of Whisper White card and stuck to the card using the New Fine Tip Glue Pen.

And voila a really cute Santa card...

Hope you like today's card, thanks for stopping by.....

Curvy Keepsake Wednesday

Hello and welcome back to another Curvy Keepsake Wednesday....

And keeping with the Christmas theme I have a cute little Father Christmas Box...

These are super easy to make as you only need his belt and some buttons...

I usually cut a piece of Black card 6 1/4 cm x 1 1/4 cm, then stick it on to the box and trim the edges. The belt buckle is Stampin'Up!'s Petite Curly Label Punch (Retired) but if you don't have it you can cut a square 2 cm x 2 cm and round the corners. Then you add a small piece of black card to the center ( 1 1/4 cm x 1 1/4 cm ). The buttons I tried two sizes 1/4" circle punch and the small circle from the Owl Builder Punch..both work..

I made a little Santa Hat tag using some Real Red card and some Silver Glitter Paper, and attached it with some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

Really quick and easy, and great fun for treat boxes, tree decorations and more....

I hope you like today's little box, thanks for stopping by....
